Refund policy
Returns/exchanges for eligible purchases are accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. All returned items are thoroughly inspected twice upon receipt and we are unable to exchange or refund items returned in an unsuitable condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will send all exchanges out free of charge.
Final sale items are non-exchangeable/refundable.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to return items, just in case!
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please get in touch at sales@elamas.co.uk and we will sort it out for you ASAP!
Once we receive the return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. Exchanges will be sent out using Standard Delivery.
